TESTIMONES

My name is Bakulu Mpagi Iam 33 years of age. I was born in the south of Uganda in the village called Kanungu 120 miles away from the capital city Kampala. I did not go far in Education because I lacked school fees. My parents were very poor and could not effort to take me any more Struggling with life I found myself in the city live trying to look for survival. One thing I thank the lord for is that he gave a talent Art (Painting). I tried all my best to paint Posters, pictures, etc to get an income. What I could get was a peanut. I was told by a friend to try my luck from a witch doctor whom he new very well. According to him the man had powerful demons. Since I was badly off and the landlord was on my neck demanding his rent I could listen to anything or any advice relating to a financial break through. We made an appointment with him to go there early in the morning. We drove 50 miles out of Kampala and abandoned the van took a motorcycle deep down the river. We took a boat for about 20 minutes. We reached a very big cave. Moving towards the cave there was a big tall man about 6feet tall. He was smeared with white chalk. He had a baldhead. His foreteeth had a dent. Telling the truth he scared me. He had a cow horn in his hand. He covered himself with animal skin. He had beads around his naked waist. Under the skin was a back cloth.. After seeing us he blew the horn. Stop! He shouted.. I see he said closing his eyes. Repeating the same words again and again. We have come to receive favors from the ancestors my friend said. The man pulled out a basket and we had to put in some money. He made some rituals and threw some bones down He spoke so many words. And eventually said, the permission has been granted to go and consult the ancestors. We where shown deep inside the cave. There was a witch who sat on a leopard skin. He had a white chalk cycling his left eye. On his left was a human skull. Two spears at his back plus a shield. There was an owl behind him on top of the shield. He was covered with bark cloth and on top of that he covered himself with animal skin. I was surprised he told me many things concerning my life. He changed his voice and started to speak like my late grand father. He told me to bring a she goat white in color without any spot. Three white chicken and three black chicken all for sacrifices. You will be washed in the blood after that your bad omens will all be washed away. Very exited I went home borrowed some money. We went back and made all the sacrifices. The blood from the goat was smeared all over me. We even took some traditional wine. I was told that all my bad omens are now cleaned.

Things started working a little better. Two years letter I married Silvia Mulungi 27. We got a child. I had no peace in my heart. I started getting sleepless nights. Down under my bed was a basket in which I had to put in some money that I am not supposed to use. The day I will use that money I will die the witch told me. I started to fell insecure. There was a time we went hungry yet there was money in the house and we are not supposed to take it. I started the habit of drinking so heavily. All the time I could visit the witch. I started to have sleepless nights. Getting un-necessary tempers. Tree years later I was walking in town I saw a white man preaching.(Blake Mullins) Well telling the truth I enjoyed but did not buy it. I listened to his preaching's for a week I started to see some sense in what he was preaching but I was not ready to give myself in because of the fear from the witchcrafts I have at home. Two weeks ago I woke up a voice started telling me to kill myself on and on again. I got so much scared and remembered the white mans preaching. I told my wife we should go and join the church. I was the first at the church. When they called the visitors I stood up and told the church I have come for salvation..

Comments: David came to church and gave his live to Christ. He came when he was drunk with alcohol. He took us to his home and we burnt much witchcraft. He was deeply taken in Satan worship. The Lord has set him free and he is free indeed .He need your prayer and support too. As the gospel is being preached thousands whom the devil has captured and tormented will be set free. This task is not for us alone it is for the body of Christ. Are you part of the body? Yes you are this task is yours.
